The capture of the reference machine and the deployment both complete with 0 errors and 0 warnings. Everything looks perfect on the production machines except Windows is not activated. When I install with the disk Windows detects the key in the bios and activates automatically. When I sysprep, capture and deploy from the same disk after the 'getting ready' screen I am asked for a key.

' Yes but that specifically is saying you are using your VL OS and not the OEM OS.
So you use the Windows 10 media you download from VLSC and use your own VL product keys. Are you having a problem imaging using the OS that Dell installed or imaging using the OS you installed from your VL media?
